Hi, we're Kaila and Nicole. Welcome to the group chat.

Once upon a 9-5, Nicole was a teacher and Kaila was a fundraiser (and, briefly, a butter churner. Real job. No further questions). Great careers on paper, except we kept staring out the window doing the math on our own dreams, and one day the math said: go. So we went. We know exactly what it costs to bet on yourself, because we put it on the table and did it.

In 2020 we started My Aligned Purpose on one stubborn belief: women don't need to hustle harder, they need to sell like themselves. Everyone else was yelling "run ads! post more! grind!!" and we were over here asking why nobody would just say the quiet part out loud: businesses grow on relationships, sales skills, and the inner work nobody puts on their highlight reel. So we built the company we wished existed, and we run it with the mic on. Nothing is off limits. The wins, the flops, the money stuff, all of it. No gatekeeping, ever. Gatekeeping is for people whose strategies stop working when they share them.

A former teacher, trained Professional Co-Active Coach (CTI, the biggest leadership coach training program on the planet), and NLP practitioner, Nicole will find the one belief keeping you small and hand it back to you rewritten. She remembers everything you have ever told her, which is why our community calls her the FBI. She journals like it's an Olympic sport and opens your week every Monday with TGIM on the podcast, because she genuinely believes Mondays are a gift. By the end of the episode, so will you.

Off the clock she's in Victoria, BC with her husband Jeff, their son Cruz, and a dog named Louie, reading and working out, which is what everyone writes in their bio, except she means it.

Kaila Pilecki
