My Aligned Purpose is a coaching and learning company built for women entrepreneurs, by women entrepreneurs.

We're on a mission to help the world's most ambitious women make more money by doing fewer of the wrong things. And right now? We need someone behind the scenes who makes sure every single client interaction feels like a warm hug and a perfectly executed plan all rolled into one.

That person is our new Client Experience Coordinator and if reading this already has you nodding your head and opening a new tab to update your resume, keep reading.

What You'll Actually Do

This is not a "reply to emails and hope for the best" kind of role. You'll be the heartbeat of our client experience; the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks and every client feels seen, supported, and set up for success.

Here's what your days will look like:

  • Own the client journey from onboarding to offboarding, handling every touchpoint, keeping every promise, and making sure the experience is consistently exceptional
  • Manage systems and workflows that keep the team running smoothly (we love a good SOP around here)
  • Respond to client inquiries with warmth, speed, and accuracy 
  • Track client milestones and progress, flagging anything that needs attention before it becomes a problem
  • Support program delivery by coordinating schedules, materials, and logistics for courses, coaching calls, and events
  • Identify gaps and suggest improvements
  • Collaborate with Kaila and Nicole directly on projects, launches, and anything else that needs a detail-oriented co-pilot

Job Description

My Aligned Purpose is looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Tech VA. You’ll work with a female led start-up business, serving women entrepreneurs to accelerate their purpose, potential and profit. Through individualized coaching, self-directed courses and specialized masterminds, My Aligned Purpose empowers and elevates women entrepreneurs.

Our new Tech VA will work alongside the two founders to help scale the business by harnessing the power of our tech platforms including Kajabi, Zapier, Canva, Asana and more.

We are looking for someone who is quick and savvy with technology, who loves taking on new challenges, and who looks at a problem with its potential in mind. The ideal candidate is open minded, passionate about the power of technology and excited to move quickly and implement solutions.

This is currently a part-time role however could turn into a full-time role within a few months. Contract basis. Remote.

About the role

  • Support execution of launches / programs in Kajabi, including but not limited to
    • Create professional quality landing pages that convert to sales
    • Automate specific funnels
    • Create, link and manage check-out pages, offers, coupons, etc.
    • Create, link and manage events, countdowns and forms o Update / change details on current website
    • Maintain client records and contacts within the CRM

  • Create on-brand digital content

  • Automate client on-boarding process

  • Actively troubleshoot any issues that arise with tech platforms that we use to do business

  • Be available to meet with founders on zoom as needed

  • Other administrative tasks as needed

About you

  • You have experience with design/website building software, specifically Kajabi and project management software, specifically Asana

  • A self-starter who is able to work independently

  • Extremely organized, detail oriented, able to manage multiple projects at once

  • Outstanding communication, listening, and writing skills, with specific attention to details and follow-up

  • Strong planning abilities, problem solving and decision making skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion

  • High proficiency in Canva, Google Suite

  •  *Asset* Experience in a start-up environment is a plus
