Social Media Contest + Giveaway Rules

The “Sponsor” and “Administrator” is My Aligned Purpose.

ODDS

The odds of being selected as a potential winner depend on the total number of entries received during the corresponding Contest Period.

WINNERS

One (1) My Aligned Purpose contest winner will be randomly selected by the sponsor as stated on each contest post during the promotion period. Each winner will be notified immediately online and instructed as to how the prize can be claimed. All prizes must be claimed within 1 day (one day) after being contacted. After ownership has been claimed, winners have 1 day (one day) to collect their prize, or the prize will be forfeited. Before a winner can be declared, each selected entrant must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, arithmetical, skill-testing question to be administered in person or online.

PRIZES

One (1) prize will be awarded to one (1) qualifying winner for each contest post during the Promotion Period.

Each prize is valued at up to $1000.00 CDN.

All prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable or convertible to cash. Winners of a complimentary PRIZE must be able to attend the event or are able to fulfill the entry.

HOW TO ENTER

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

Answer the question stated on the My Aligned Purpose page, on the social media platform to enter.

The Sponsor may use your entry to promote the current or future sweepstakes. Your entry will never be sold to third parties. All Entries must be received no later than the end of the Contest Period. Entries will be declared invalid if they are late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, irregular, mutilated, forged, garbled or mechanically or electronically reproduced.

PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion will begin on when stated on the specific contest social media post in Pacific Standard Time (“PST”), and end at approximately the time stated on the specific contest social media post in Pacific Standard Time (“PST”). The Administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Promotion.

ELIGIBILITY

My Aligned Purpose Social Media Contests are open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry, excluding Quebec. Any entrant under the age of majority must have a parent or legal guardian sign on their behalf all necessary documentation in respect of this Promotion, including entry forms and releases. Void where prohibited.

Winners of a complimentary PRIZE must be able to attend the event or are able to fulfill the entry.

The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, territorial, municipal, and local laws and regulations. All employees or agents of the Sponsor, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and agents, and any entity involved in the production, implementation, promotion, administration or fulfillment of the Promotion, and the individuals living in the same households of each of the above are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.
