Nicole Crone is a former high school teacher turned CEO, best-selling author, speaker, and co-founder of My Aligned Purpose. Known for her contagious optimism and expansive thinking, she blends the science of manifestation with the neuroscience of mindset to help women rewire how they think, lead, and scale.

Kaila Pilecki is our in house, grounded money queen who can’t resist overusing emojis, another cup of coffee, wheaten terriers or a classic grey sweater. As a former professional fundraiser and serial entrepreneur, Kaila is obsessed with helping you create the systems that will allow you to scale your business and build your wealth.
