We Called 2026 Our Best Year Yet, and It Delivered

Every fall at My Aligned Purpose gets a little wild. Nobody who works with us believes us when we say it until they live through one, and then they get it. So when we sat down this week, fresh off a big stretch of travel, we started where we always do: with gratitude.

We are almost at the end of 2026, the Year of the Fire Horse, and next year is the Year of the Fire Goat (you heard it here first). Before we turn the page, we wanted to look back at what happened this year, because we believe you cannot call in more to be grateful for if you will not sit in what you are grateful for right now.

Why Shifting Your Environment Changes Everything

Our gratitude conversation landed on something we both know to be true: when you shift your environment, everything shifts. Nicole shared that she woke up with a heavy heart after seeing devastating news on her phone. So she did what she knows works. She strapped the baby on, got out onto the trail in the sprinkling rain, looked up at the sky and said thank you to the universe. Her whole body, mood and mind changed.

It does not have to be a plane ride across the country, though that feels good too. Sometimes it is working from a different room in your house, or going for a walk around the block when you feel like you need to lie down. Moving when you do not feel your best almost always helps. I say this with love: if you have been stuck at the same desk in the same mood for days, change the scene.

What Happens When You Set a Best Year Yet Intention

A year ago we hosted our annual training called Best Year Yet. We set the tone, led hundreds of people through vision and energy, and helped them get clear on their cash flow. Then we claimed 2026 as our best year yet, and looking back, of course it was.

We sold out She Leads. We welcomed so many new Aligned CEOs into the method. We created our Next Level Mastermind. We worked with a book coach to get our book published, edited and onto Amazon, and we had our book launch. We hosted Aligned CEO Day, spoke on stage in Toronto at High Vibe, and did live podcasting with friends. Our podcast is charting on Apple every day between the 40s and 80s now, which goes to show what consistency, getting better over time and showing up can do.

The other side of the story is faith. Leading up to 2026 there were plenty of times we wondered what we were actually doing and whether it would ever happen. We stayed true to our messaging, kept showing up and delivered on our promises. Sometimes it felt like it was taking forever, and then the momentum rolled in and it felt like it had always been that way.

Investing in Growth So Our Clients Do Not Have To

We invest big money in our own growth so that Aligned CEO Method clients do not have to go spend it everywhere. We kicked off 2026 working with a podcast coach. We have also just paid for eight weeks in a new mastermind, which in Canadian dollars equals the cost of a year of Aligned CEO Method, so we can learn at accelerated speed and bring it all back. We are learning how to sell at events and how to get things sponsored, and then we hand that to our community. We set the intention to grow the podcast, so we invested in a podcast coach. That is how an intention becomes a result.

Personally, Nicole is finishing her first full year of being a mom and could never have predicted how much she would love it. Kaila stuck with her weightlifting, joined the Glow Run Club, and moved her workouts from 6:00 in the morning to the end of the day. She also said no to the Whistler Fondo because she was not ready, something old Kaila would have pushed through anyway. It is called growth, folks.

The Power of Sisterhood in Business

The wins we love most are the ones in our community. Two Aligned CEO Method members who had never met became instant best friends and booked a girls' trip to Hawaii. Those two plus a third member rented a cabin on Hornby this summer. Three clients who all own clinics built their own little inner circle mastermind. Three members hosted a perimenopause panel. We have seen manifestation dinners fill up with other people from the program, Diana hosted her offline event, and Megan from Wholezeum is hosting a pancake party for the group.

We also got to watch our member Anne manifest the sale of her house. She hosted a manifestation party, and we all showed up to bring the energy. Those connections do not happen while you are scrolling your phone wishing you were on the inside. You invest, you get on the inside, and we help facilitate the connections. You also have to take ownership and put something forward, because every relationship needs reciprocation.

There is also an optional VIP on Friday with live coaching that is not recorded.
